Key Terms Explained:
- Stock Price: The current market price of the underlying asset
- Strike Price: The fixed price at which the option can be exercised (buy for calls, sell for puts)
- Days to Expiry (DTE): Number of days until the options contract expires
- Volatility %: Annualized percentage measuring the magnitude of price fluctuations
- Risk-Free Rate: Theoretical return with zero risk (typically based on U.S. Treasury yields)
